Inspiration for the Week #5 – Wesley Eggebrecht
Thought I’d feature another artist who I’ve been following for a while. Wesley has a very creepy and distinctive style to his work, which is probably why I love it so much. From his final pieces, right down to his sketch work. His painting style is something I’d like to work towards eventually with my own work. Definitely an artist I will continue to watch.
I first discovered his work when I came across his conceptart sketchbook, where he also links to his blog and portfolio (not enough artists do this). In fact that is how I come across a lot of my favourite artists. If you aren’t already on CA – get involved!
